Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Ridgeline Dodge City Concrete handles the information you share with us through our website, over the phone and when you ask for an estimate. We're a concrete contractor in Dodge City, KS, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, look at your job and get the work done.

If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page covers that. This policy was last updated in November 2026.

What information we collect

When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a short description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. If you call us, we keep a note of your name, number and what you called about so we can follow up.

When you browse the site, basic details are gathered automatically through analytics tools and cookies. These include the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your general area and the site that sent you to us. These details don't tell us who you are by name.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you enter passes through that service before it reaches us.

How we use your information

We use your contact details to reply to you, set up an on-site estimate, send you a quote and schedule and do the work. We may also contact you after the job about the finished concrete or a follow-up question.

We use the analytics information to see which pages people find useful and where the site falls short, so we can fix it. We don't sell your information, and we don't rent it or trade it to other businesses for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember things between visits and count how it's being used. We use them for site analytics and to keep the site working properly, not to build a profile on you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not behave quite the same.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the business and the website, such as our website host, our form service and our analytics provider. They get what they need to do that job and nothing more.

We may also share information if the law requires it, if it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is ever sold or changes hands.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, finish your project and keep the business and tax records we're required to keep. If you ask for an estimate and we never do the job, we don't hold on to your details longer than we have a reason to.

Analytics data is kept by the analytics provider under its own retention settings and is used only in summary form. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, including limiting who on our team can see it and using services that protect data in transit. No website or phone system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information will never be exposed, but we work to keep the risk low.

This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes and properties. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do that unless we have to keep certain records by law. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights over your personal information. If you ask, we'll explain what applies and help you use them.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how we've handled your information, call us at (620) 390-0780 or send a message through our contact page. We're available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 9 PM.

We respond within 1 business day. If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top.
